Events

Live music, ceremonies, and a scholarship contest—our summer calendar is packed with events to honor hard-working members like you!

Our calendar for the coming months is filled with exciting in-person events. Whether at a ceremony or relaxed evening with dinner and music, we want to connect with our community, bring people together, and have some fun as we move into this next season.
Cassy

Nuvision Heroes: A Team Member with a Heart to Serve in all Circumstances

Wife, mother of two, and Cheyenne resident of 32 years, Cassy is known by her co-workers for her humble spirit and servant’s heart. Always the first to jump in to help and the last to leave when needed, she looks for opportunities to care for others and has a way of finding them in unexpected places. “I typically always have blankets in my trunk to give away when it’s cold,” she said. “I have a soft spot for folks who are homeless.”
Nuvision Cares

It’s Been One Year Since NuvisionCares Began, and We’re Reaching More People Than Ever

When you’re struggling, knowing somebody cares can make a huge difference in your ability to push through the difficulties. That’s exactly why we launched NuvisionCares around this time last year. During the height of the COVID-19 crisis, we saw people from many walks of life dealing with changing routines, new ways of life, and financial stress. As we celebrate the one-year mark of this program, we’ve spent this month reaching new groups in the communities we serve.
Tess Bermudez

Nuvision Heroes: A team member with a drive to help others accomplish their dreams

For Tess, community service starts with individuals. Along with the care she shows members, a defining characteristic of her work is her desire to see others accomplish their dreams, especially the underprivileged. She uses her passion to make a direct, positive impact on their lives. “It’s a humbling experience to help a member in need of financial assistance and when you help them and assist in accomplishing their dreams, it’s so rewarding,” she said.
