When members call Nuvision Credit Union for assistance at 800.444.6327, Nia can quickly help with common banking requests or find answers to many questions. If Nia cannot resolve your request, she will connect you to a team member to resolve your needs during business hours. Nia can provide many services to our members 24/7 and creates a seamless and secure interaction at any time of day or night.

The best way to communicate with Nia is by speaking in short, clear commands

How accurate is Nia?  +

Nia is able to accurately respond to many different questions, direct you to online resources, and provide a vast number of telephone banking services.

Are my interactions with Nia secure?  +

All Interactions with Nia are safe and secure by using the latest encryption technology. Nuvision's team continuously monitors for potential security vulnerabilities.


Is Nia only available during business hours?  +

Nia is available for your convenience 24/7.

Is there a fee to use Nia?  +

No, Nia is offered by Nuvision to all of our members at no cost. This is a benefit of your membership!


What languages does Nia respond to?  +

Nia is only able to understand and respond in English at this time.


Will Nia be able to answer and respond to more inquiries in the future?  +

Yes, Nia will have additional capabilities in the coming year, as well as a dedicated team that will look at opportunities to improve and enhance its features, understanding, and services offered.


Will Nia be available in other channels other than the phone?  +

Yes! We plan to use the same technology in our Live Chat offering which you will be able to access through our website, and within our online banking platform. This is on our road map to complete by end of year.


Can Nia help me open a new membership?  +

Not at this time, however this is in our roadmap. For now, all you have to do is ask for new account assistance and it will transfer you to a team member that can assist you duriung business hours.


What information do I have to give in order to use Nia?  +

Depending on your request, Nia will ask for additional information to verify your identity. The protection and security of your account is our top priority. This may include personal identifiers as well as account specific authentication questions.


Can Nia answer my loan application questions?  +

Not at this time, however this is on our roadmap. For now, all you have to do is ask for new loan assistance and Nia will transfer you to a team member that can assist you during business hours.


Can Nia put me in touch with an actual Team Member if my question cannot be answered?  +

Yes, if Nia cannot answer your question during business hours, you will be given the option to speak with a Team Member. By letting Nia know the reason for your call, we can route you to the most experienced team member to assist with your inquiry.

Yes, we keep a record of your conversation with Nia to improve your future experiences, and when transferred to a Team Member, we leverage it to better assist you.


How do I skip using Nia? I only want to speak to a live person.  +

If you prefer not to use Nia during normal business hours, you can speak to a Team Member by simply asking to speak with a Team Member. But we hope you will try out this new self-service as it is the same information our Team Members have and will help you avoid any wait times.


Can I use the Nia for my business or trust account?  +

At this time Nia is only able to assist with your personal accounts. You can get answers to commonly asked questions, such as branch hours, locations, or many self-serve options. During normal business hours you will be transferred to a Team Member if you need any business or trust specific information.
