Entrepreneur, on-camera host, motivational speaker, and business owner, Alyssa London uses her story to bring people together and help others understand the beauty of different cultures, in Alaska and beyond. That’s why she’s this month’s choice for our Nuvision Hero spotlight.

Patricia wholeheartedly believes in the work she does. She channels that passion into every task, whether she's taking time to talk with a hurting client or meeting potential donors. Her primary role on the Dogs & Tags board of directors is treasurer, but she’s also dedicated many hours to directly assisting clients, helping train dogs, and doing outreach at events.

This year’s Added Advantage winners are using the prize money for home improvement projects, family getaways, and medical bills. For many, the money came just at the right time, helping them avoid draining their savings accounts or taking on debt.
