National First Responders Day

Celebrating Our Heroes: National First Responders Day

National First Responders Day is a time to recognize the courage and dedication of those who put their lives on the line to protect and serve. Every day, across our communities, these brave individuals respond to emergencies, disasters, and crises, often at great personal risk. At Nuvision Credit Union, we’re proud to honor the first responders who serve with unwavering commitment, and we’re especially excited to feature five remarkable heroes this year: Andrew Mackie, Sean Keating, Taylor Davoren, Tim Keating, and Trevor McLean.

Nuvision Heroes: Honoring Sean Keating, Anchorage Police Department

What does it take to be a true hero? For Sean Keating, Senior Patrol Officer with the Anchorage Police Department, it’s about showing up every day, ready to face whatever comes his way. With twenty years of experience on the force, Sean has built a reputation not just for handling tough situations, but for going the extra mile to help others. Whether he’s responding to a serious crime or helping a family in need, Sean’s dedication to his community is what sets him apart. That’s why we’re proud to feature him as part of our Nuvision Heroes series for National First Responders Day.

For September, we’re excited to recognize not one but two outstanding Nuvision team members—Tess Bermudez and Karina Fletes, the branch managers of our two Costa Mesa branches. Tess and Karina are more than just branch managers; they’re the driving force behind so many of our community efforts.
