Celebrating 90 Years Through Community Impact
This summer, Nuvision is celebrating its 90th Anniversary not just with giveaways and celebrations, but by showing up for the communities that have supported us over the years. From member appreciation events to youth outreach and volunteer work, we are staying true to our mission—supporting the hardworking people who build our communities.
90th Anniversary Member Celebration
On July 17th, we welcomed over 400 members and community partners to the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza at Segerstrom Center for the Arts, in Costa Mesa, California. The evening was a sold-out success, a celebration of our 90-year journey and a reminder of the strong connections we’ve built along the way.
Guests enjoyed live music from Michael Paulo, and we were proud to honor his nonprofit, the National Association of Music Angels, with a $2,500 donation. We also highlighted our financial literacy efforts with our partner Lester Baron from How Money Works.

Bracken’s Kitchen Volunteer Day
Nuvision team members rolled up their sleeves at Bracken’s Kitchen, supporting their mission of feeding those in need across Orange County. It was a hands-on reminder of why we named founder Bill Bracken a Nuvision Hero. From food rescue to culinary training, Bill’s work represents the kind of impact we want to champion.

NuvisionCares Boot Drive: Helping Kids in Our Communities
In Alaska, we launched our annual Boot Drive in partnership with Anchorage Cops for Community’s annual Clothesline Project. This year, we focused on collecting new boots and warm socks for local kids and teens in need. Through the generosity of our members and partners, we’re helping children start the school year warm, safe, and confident.
As Sergeant Jon Butlerput it: 'Nuvision continues to prove that being a credit union isn’t just about finances, it’s about community, compassion, and stepping in where it counts.'

NuvisionCares Clothing Drive: Supporting Families in Southern California
At Nuvision, we’re dedicated to uplifting the communities we serve and building a brighter future for the next generation.
As part of our NuvisionCares Helping Kids in Our Communities month, we’ve partnered with Robyne’s Nest for our 4th annual clothing drive. This year’s drive runs from July 7 to August 5, and we asked our members and the broader community to join us in making a difference.
Why Your Help Matters
We believe in the power of community and the lasting impact of giving back. With your support, we collected basic clothing essentials for students—including new socks, underwear, shoes, hoodies, and more. These items are critical for high school and early college students who often go without.
By joining our NuvisionCares drive, you provide more than just essentials— you are giving hope and helping set students up for long-term success. Learn how you can help here.
NuvisionCares Clothing Drive: Supporting Families in the Bay Area
In the Bay Area, Nuvision has partnered with White Pony Express to provide clothing for children and families in need in Contra Costa County. From July 7 through August 1, Nuvision is collecting essential clothing, including new socks, underwear, and t-shirts, supporting White Pony Express’ efforts to help local children and adults with everyday basics. All donations will be given to White Pony Express to be distributed to the community.
White Pony Express is a Contra Costa County-based non-profit working to end hunger and poverty by delivering nutritious food and clothing to less fortunate families.
Nuvision is encouraging others to join the cause by donating new clothes -- in kids to adult sizes -- at any of the credit union’s six Bay Area branch locations. With the help of our community, we can make a vital, positive impact on the lives of children and families in need. Learn how you can help here
Martinez Fourth of July Parade
We also joined the annual July 4th Parade in Martinez, California—a local tradition that brings the community together every year. Huge thanks to our team members who represented Nuvision on short notice. Your energy and commitment helped make the day special and reminded us how much our presence matters in every neighborhood we serve.
As we celebrate 90 years of serving our members, we’re reminded that our greatest achievements are measured not in numbers, but in the lives we touch. Thank you for making us part of your community—and part of your story.
