*APY = Annual Percentage Yield. APYs are accurate as of 10/1/2026. Rates offered on new certificates are subject to change without notice. 7-month and 10-month promotion certificates end 12/31/26. The 5-month promotional certificate may be discontinued at any time without notice.

 

1 Promotional Terms: A minimum opening balance of $1,000 is required to earn the stated APYs and must be maintained daily to earn dividends. The 7-month certificate has a $5,000 maximum deposit, requires new money, and is limited to one certificate per member. New money is defined as funds not currently on deposit with Nuvision Credit Union and must be deposited from an external account. The 5-month and 10-month certificates have no maximum deposit limits or new money requirements. 

Dividends are compounded and credited monthly using the daily balance method. Fees and early withdrawal penalties may reduce earnings. Withdrawal of dividends prior to maturity may reduce the effective yield and may have tax implications. Members should consult a tax advisor regarding their individual tax situation.

For early withdrawals, penalties may include forfeiture of dividends as follows: up to 90 days’ dividends for terms of 3 to 12 months, up to 180 days’ dividends for terms greater than 12 months and less than 36 months, and up to 365 days’ dividends for terms of 36 months or longer.

At maturity, certificates will automatically renew at the then current rate. A 7-day grace period is provided to withdraw funds or change terms without penalty. Unless alternate instructions are received during this period, the 5-month and 7-month promotional certificates will renew into a 6-month term and the 10-month promotional certificate will renew into a 12-month term, each at the then-prevailing APY.

Certificates are available online, over the phone, or in person. IRA and business certificates must be opened in person at a branch location.
