Last week, we thanked three local cadet programs by presenting them each with $2,000 for their leadership schools. The youth who benefit from these programs are the next generation of heroes fighting for the freedom of our nation, leading the way in our community, and inspiring others to do the same.

At the beginning of this month, Nuvision entered a merger with Greater Wyoming Federal Credit Union in Cheyenne. After talking to leadership and members at Greater Wyoming, it became clear that we shared many goals and would able to better serve the community through this partnership. This merger will enable Nuvision to serve 2,000 additional members in the region and to add a third branch in Wyoming.

After seeing this year’s Toys for Tots drive email, they sat down as a family to come up with ways they could contribute. Adalya, Ardis’ 12-year old daughter, volunteered to take up the project. Her initiative blew everyone away.

Everything becomes slower during the holiday season. It’s a time marked by nights spent watching holiday movies, early sunsets, and time off work. Usually, the housing market follows suit in slowing down, but this year it is disrupting the trend with record-high demand and reduced inventory. Our current market is hotter than the spring markets from 2014-2019, which is a huge indicator that we’re in for a fast-paced market extending into the new year.
