When everything else seems chaotic, it feels great to hear exciting news! For our Added Advantage members, the Summer Giveaway has been a bright spot in their month. We host our Added Advantage giveaways bi-annually to show our hard-working members how much their support means to us. But this year, with everything that has been going on, we’ve been even more excited to be able to help our members and give out these prizes.

We are teaming up with Think Together’s Shalimar Learning Center to help them raise funds for families who have lost their income during the coronavirus crisis. From June 8th through June 30th we will be collecting non-perishable food and goods like household paper goods, diapers and formula. The items will be donated to families with students enrolled in the organization’s afterschool programs.

We’ve all been through a challenging couple of months. But together, we’ve pulled through and are preparing to come out stronger than ever. As we look back on what has happened, we wanted to share some of the things that we’ve been doing throughout the crisis to ensure our members, team members, and communities are able to make it through the pandemic.

While some of our normal Memorial Day festivities will look a lot different this year, we encourage you to take this weekend to look back and reflect on what the day means and use it as a time to celebrate those who have given it all.
