Three big improvements coming soon, thanks to feedback from members like you!

Membership at Nuvision is more than making transactions, having a checking account, or coming to us when you need financial support. As a credit union member, you have a stake in what we do. You’re a partner, supporter, and part-owner, helping direct the impact we make on our community. Your voice, opinions, needs, and preferences matter.

When you speak, we listen. You’re the reason we exist. More than that, we view you—and all of our members—as family, people we care about and want to see succeed in every aspect of life.

Because we want to make your life better, we’ve been hard at work planning new ways to improve our services.

Over the past few months, we’ve received feedback from members like you suggesting ways we can improve our operations. To better serve you, we’ve taken these suggestions to heart. Here are a few changes we’ll be making in the coming months:

  1. New tools to help with mobile and online banking By popular request, we’ll be releasing a new help guide on online banking. The guide will release sometime in the next few months and will include tips on getting the most out of the online banking features we offer, both on desktop and mobile.
  2. Reducing call waiting timesPrompt service is a goal we always strive for. We’ll be adding more staff to the Member Contact Center, so someone is always available to provide help when you need it. We’ll also be adding self-service options and improving our back-end technology to increase answering speed.
  3. Upgraded capabilities for online banking As always, we are looking for ways to improve the reliability of our online banking features. More information will be coming later this year on the capabilities we’re adding.
