Highlights from Our 2024 Alaska Member Celebration

At Nuvision, our members are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we’re always looking for ways to show our appreciation and give back to those who trust us with their financial well-being. This month, we had the privilege of bringing everyone together at our 5th Annual Member Celebration in Anchorage, Alaska, where we spent an evening connecting, celebrating, and recognizing the incredible impact our members and community partners make every day.

Over 300 members joined us at the Anchorage Museum, along with more than 50 community partners, to enjoy an evening of live music, tours, great food, and drinks. We had such a fun night, surrounded by the people who make this community something to be proud of. Our member celebrations highlight our appreciation of -- and gratitude to -- our members. Seeing so many energized members and smiling faces at our Anchorage event is a great reminder for why we work so hard for our members.

One of the highlights of the evening was the Community Awards Presentation, led by our CEO, Roger Ballard. We took this opportunity to recognize three local non-profits that have been doing incredible work in Alaska. The Anchorage Cops for Community Clothesline Project, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson’s Community Club, and Catholic Social Service’s Clare House each received awards for the significant impact they’ve made in the community. Along with their recognition, we were proud to present each of these organizations with a $2,500 donation to support their ongoing efforts.

A big thank you goes out to our amazing volunteer team who helped make the event special for our members. Their hard work and dedication made our members feel truly welcomed and appreciated.

As the night came to a close, we couldn’t help but feel grateful for the incredible community of members that makes Nuvision what it is. This celebration was a reminder of the power of community and the importance of coming together to support one another.
