Because of the evolving coronavirus situation we are following CDC guidance to limit social gatherings
We’ve all been receiving messages from businesses and organizations outlining their responses to the coronavirus. I know my inbox is full of them, so I want to thank you for taking the time to read about what your credit union is doing.
For our members who prefer not to visit in person, our online banking system and mobile apps are always available.
Because of the evolving coronavirus situation we are following CDC guidance to limit social gatherings and practice social distancing. Going forward, we encourage members to take advantage of our online banking and mobile banking platforms and limit their in-person interactions as much as possible.
Nuvision Credit Union is absolutely here to support you should you need to visit a branch. The most important thing for you to know is that we are open as usual. In the midst of this uncertainty, you can rest assured that access to your money is not something you have to worry about.
We are posting home banking tips several times a week to help you take advantage of being able to bank from home.
You should also know that your safety, both financial and physical, is always a top priority for us. We are keeping in touch with local and national health officials and have taken extensive measures to provide the best environment for you and our employees. Our leadership team is working with staff to ensure:
- Branches are cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis.
- Hand sanitizer is available for members and staff.
- Employees with signs of illness are encouraged to stay home and will receive paid time off if they become sick.
We understand that this issue is concerning, and you may be feeling confused. As circumstances change, one thing remains the same: our decisions will be made out of a commitment to the health and safety of our members and team.
I also want to encourage you with the reminder that you’ve faced challenges before. Throughout our history as a credit union, we’ve witnessed countless hard-working members rise to the occasion and conquer problems as they arise on their path. Our members are strong, and we are confident in your ability to handle whatever lies ahead.

If you have further questions, please give us a call at 800-444-6327. Thank you for everything you do, and thank you for being a part of the Nuvision family. We are dedicated to being here for you during these uncertain times, and we will continue to support our members in every way we can.
Sincerely,
Roger Ballard
