Online Banking Upgrades: Working Hard to Support Your Needs

Over the past few year, we’ve all become more reliant on online banking, as completing transactions at an in-person branch hasn’t always been an option.

As times change, we want to make sure everybody feels safe and confident while doing their everyday banking. That’s why we’ve been asking members what we can do to improve their online experience.

When members tell us about an issue or need that they are having, we strive to solve it as soon as possible. Most of our feedback has centered around a few key areas: speed, convenience, and safety.

As a result, we’ve improved many of our products and made the experience smoother. Here are just a few of the changes we’ve recently made:

  • New Online Account Opening Process – We updated our online account opening process so members have a quicker and easier way to open accounts online. Over the last week we have started to transition to the new account opening process, so members can easily apply for new checking, savings, CD, and money market accounts on a more user-friendly platform.   • Quick Apply – This feature allows you to immediately view and accept the pre-approvals you qualify for without dealing with long loan applications, branch visits, or long wait times. All the information you need can be found by logging into online banking.
  • Education & Resources – Adjusting to change can be difficult, which is why we’ve made every effort to help our members understand how to maximize the capabilities of our online banking platform. Through webinars and online guides, we’ve made sure to highlight the helpful features that come with your account.
