As face-to-face interactions at branches have decreased, online banking has become more important than ever. Our mission is to ensure you receive the same value and personalized care wherever you are, whether you’re banking in-branch, at home, or on-the-go.

 In light of this, we’ll be rolling out a few new updates to our online systems in the coming months that will allow us to maintain that connection. These updates will make the process of banking online smoother, faster, and more enjoyable, while ensuring help from an expert is never far away.

  • Re-vamped mortgage application – We’re making it easier for staff to collaborate with you online and find the loan best suited to your needs. Not only will the application be simpler, but you’ll have direct support when you need it.
  • Quick acceptance of pre-approved loans – Soon, you’ll have access to a new tool that makes accepting your loans quicker and easier. 
  • Smoother interface – The new technologies will make your process seamless across all channels, meaning you can find what you need faster.
