Real-Time Alerts Are Now Available

Real-Time Alerts are now available in Digital Banking, giving you instant notifications when important activity happens — like deposits, payments, or other account changes. It’s a simple way to stay informed and keep a closer eye on your money without constantly checking your account.
How Real-Time Alerts Help You
Real-Time Alerts are designed to give you more awareness and control over your finances.
With alerts turned on, you can:
- Get instant notifications when money moves in or out of your account
- Spot unexpected or suspicious activity sooner
- Stay on top of your spending and avoid overdrafts
- Feel confident knowing what’s happening with your account in real time
How to Set Them Up
Setting up Real-Time Alerts only takes a moment in Digital Banking or through the Mobile App:
From the main menu, select Services > Alerts > Manage Real-Time Alerts
If you previously received alerts through Services > Notifications, those alerts are no longer active. To continue receiving alerts, you’ll need to set up new ones in the Real-Time Alerts section.
Debit and credit card alerts are still available and can be managed through Card Management.

Once your alerts are set, you’ll receive updates automatically — so you don’t have to log in throughout the day just to check balances or recent activity.
