Will I need to open a new account with Nuvision? 

No, you will not need to open a new account. On September 21, 2026, your accounts will automatically transition to a similar Nuvision account. 


How will I know what my new account numbers are? 

You will receive a separate communication prior to September 21, 2026 that will provide the information about your accounts.


What are the hours of operation for the Member Contact Center and Live Chat? 

Member Contact Center hours are Monday – Friday 7AM to 6PM PST and Saturday 9AM – 2PM PST.  Live Chat hours are Monday – Friday 9AM to 5PM PST. 


Will the Branch Hours change on September 21, 2026? 

The Beverly Hills branch hours will become Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm PST beginning September 21, 2026. 


I can no longer use telephone banking. What do I do? 

Please try our automated Nuvision Intelligent Assistant (NIA). NIA can help you with everything you had before, as well as much more! 


Will my transactional history be available by contacting the Member Contact Center and/or visiting a branch location on September 21, 2026? 

No, there will be no transactional history prior to September 21. Only new transactions from your Nuvision account will be displayed in your accounts transaction history. Members can refer to your past BHCEFCU statements to view prior activity. 


How do I access statements to view transactional history? 

Members may access their history through eStatements within digital banking.  To access this information, members must log into Nuvision digital banking at www.nuvisionfederal.com and opt-in to receive eStatements beginning Monday, September 21. 


When will the final BHCEFCU statement be available to members? 

Final BHCEFCU account statements will be processed on Friday, September 18, 2026, with estimated availability in eStatements by Friday, September 25, 2026. Paper statements are estimated to arrive within two weeks of processing. 


How can a BHCEFCU member request statement(s) if they cannot access through digital banking? 

BHCEFCU account statements that are unavailable online can be requested by completing a “Statement Copy Request” under Services within online banking or by contacting the Member Contact Center at (800) 444-6327.


Will my checking account and routing number change? 

Yes, your routing number will change, and your account number will be a 12-digit account number. Members will receive a letter via U.S. Postal Mail by the beginning of September with their new account number(s). We will honor and clear any outstanding  BHCEFCU checks that have been written through January 31, 2027. Members must order new checks with their new account & routing numbers beginning September 29, 2026. 


What will happen to checks that I have ordered (paid for) and are using?  

Any outstanding BHCEFCU checks will continue to be honored and clear until January 31, 2027. Soon after September 29, members should order new checks with the new routing and account numbers. 


How do I order new Nuvision checks and will there be any charge? 

To order Nuvision checks, visit nuvisionfederal.com, hover over the “Banking” tab, and select “Order Checks,”or go to www.ordermychecks.com/checks/omclogin#/login. 


Your first box of basic Nuvision-branded checks will be available at no cost for up to one year from September 29, 2026. 


What will happen to my auto debits (ACH) and direct deposits? 

ACH and Direct Deposit (Payroll Deposits and Government issued benefits, such as Social Security, Disability, etc.) will continue to process without interruption until January 31, 2027; However, you should update your financial information with your provider to your new account and routing number prior to this date to avoid a disruption in service. 


How do I set up a recurring payment after September 21, 2026? 
Beginning September 21, 2026, members have multiple options to set up one-time payments or recurring payments. On September 21, members can begin to originate a one-time payment or recurring payments to a loan(s) using Nuvision's payment portal, located on the website (nuvisionfederal.com) under the “Make a Payment” section. Some payment options may have fees. 

  • ACH payment requires your account number and routing number.
  • ACH payments can be set up for recurring payments. Source can be from a savings or checking account from an external financial institution. Routing & Account numbers required.
  • Recurring auto payments from internal account sources can also be set up through online banking.
  • Debit card payment option as a one-time payment (fee applies).
  • Debit card payments are not eligible for recurring payments. 

Members can also contact our Member Contact Center at (800) 444-6327 or by using Live Chat located on our website for additional guidance. 


When can I expect to receive my new debit and/or credit cards? 

Debit cards are expected to arrive no later than September 16. 


Please continue using your current credit card and making payments as you do today. No action is needed at this time. We will provide advance communication about any future changes to your current credit card account, including any steps you may need to take. If you would like to explore a Nuvision credit card sooner, you are welcome to review our current Visa credit card options to determine which card best fits your needs. 


When can I activate and begin using my new debit card? 

BHCEFCU debit cards can continue to be used through end of day Sunday, September 20, but you will not be able to view balances or make deposits through the ATM beginning Friday, September 18 due to our system integration. Nuvision debit cards can be activated beginning Monday, September 21 by calling 866-985-2273. PIN numbers can be established at time of activation.  

 

How do I make my Mastercard credit card payment?

Continue using your BHCEFCU Mastercard and making your payments as you do today. You can continue to access eZCard by visiting www.ezcardinfo.com while your current card remains active. We’ll provide advance communication about future changes to your current credit card account, including any actions you may need to take. If you’re interested in a Nuvision credit card sooner, we invite you to explore our current Visa credit card options to see which one best fits your needs.


Will payments to mortgages set up through autopay from BHCEFCU continue to work? 

No. Existing automatic payments to your BHCEFCU mortgage will not continue after the transition. On August 27, 2026, we will mail you information on how to make your mortgage payments to Nuvision Credit Union beginning September 11, 2026. Beginning September 21, 2026, you may also contact Nuvision’s Mortgage Servicing Center at (888) 262-0457 for assistance with your payments. 


Will payments to mortgages continue to work if they are made from another financial institution from Bill Payment? 

No. Because Nuvision Credit Union will begin servicing your mortgage on September 11, 2026, your account number and payment address will change. To avoid any disruption, you will need to update your bill payment instructions with your financial institution using the new account number and payment address. On August 27, 2026, we will mail you information on how to make your mortgage payments to Nuvision Credit Union, including your new account number and payment address. Beginning September 21, 2026, you may also contact Nuvision’s Mortgage Servicing Center at (888) 262-0457 for assistance. 


Who shall I contact with questions about my Mortgage Loan? 

For questions or assistance on your mortgage loans, please contact our mortgage servicing center at (888) 262-0457. 


What should I do if I haven’t received my debit card? 

If you have not received your debit card, you may visit a nearby branch to receive an instant-issue replacement card. If you prefer to have a replacement card mailed to you, please send us a secure message or contact us through Live Chat at nuvisionfederal.com, and we will order one for you. Mailed cards typically arrive within 5–7 business days. 


How do I activate my new debit card? 

Once you receive your new debit card, you will need to activate it before use. To activate your card, please call Card Enrollment Services at (866) 985-2273. Follow the prompts until the activation is complete and PIN has been chosen. After your card is activated, you will be able to access your funds and make purchases immediately. If you have any questions or need assistance, please send us a secure message or contact us through Live Chat at nuvisionfederal.com.


Will recurring or one-time transfers already scheduled between BHCEFCU accounts continue after September 21? 

Yes. Recurring and one-time transfers that were set up before September 21 will continue to process after the transition. You do not need to set up these transfers again. 


Will I experience any interruption or change in timing for my direct deposits or recurring ACH payments? 

Direct deposits and recurring ACH payments, including payroll, Social Security, disability, and similar deposits, will continue to process without interruption through January 31, 2027. 


Beginning September 21, 2026, you may begin using the Nuvision routing and account information to set up new direct deposits or automatic payments. You should also update existing payment and deposit instructions with your employers, benefit providers, merchants, or other service providers before January 31, 2027, to help avoid any disruptions. 


You should also be aware that Nuvision may post eligible credit transactions up to five business days early, depending on when the transaction is received in our daily ACH files. This is commonly referred to as Early Direct Deposit.
