1 The introductory balance transfer rate of 3.99% APR for 12 months begins on the day the account is opened. Balance transfers from existing Nuvision Credit Union accounts are not eligible. Eligible balance transfers include those from department stores and other credit card issuers only. Subject to available credit limits; a minimum balance transfer of $500 is required.

Balance transfers are subject to a fee of $10 or 4.00% of the transferred balance, whichever is greater. Allow up to 30 days for balance transfers to post to your account. Cardholders are responsible for making payments until the balance transfer is completed. Any late fees or finance charges resulting from nonpayment are not the responsibility of Nuvision. Nuvision wilI not close accounts following a balance transfer. To close an account, contact the original card issuer directly.

After the introductory period ends, any remaining unpaid portion of the original balance transfer will revert to the standard variable APR as outlined in the Cardholder Agreement. The variable APR may change based on the Prime Rate.

2 Earn one (1) point per dollar ($1) on qualifying retail purchases made with your Nuvision Platinum Rewards Visa. Cash advances, ATM withdrawals, PIN-based transactions, balance transfers, fees, interest charges, and unauthorized transactions do not earn points. Points are awarded after transaction verification and may take up to two billing cycles to post. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and Rewards Program terms, redemption options, and point values are subject to change.

In addition, you may earn additional points and receive discounts when you shop at participating merchants in-store and online through the CURewards® Mall. To view and redeem points, visit CURewards.com or log in to online banking, click the Credit Card tab, and select the CURewards icon.

How to Avoid Paying Interest on Purchases. Your due date is at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle. We will not charge you interest on purchases if you pay your entire balance by the due date of each month. We will begin charging interest on cash advances and balance transfers on the transaction date.

Must be at least 18 to apply. Applicants under the age of 21 must show proof of independent income or have a co-applicant.
