Overview
Nuvision Credit Union (“Nuvision”) is offering a limited-time $50 cash reward incentive to promote self-service digital applications for credit cards and personal loans between December 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
Eligibility
This offer is available only to Nuvision members who received an email invitation. Eligible members must be 18 years or older (unless otherwise specified), be a legal resident of the United States, and have an active Nuvision membership with accounts in good standing for at least 30 days prior to accepting the offer. A "member" is defined as any individual or organization that meets the established eligibility requirements and completes the approved application process. To establish membership, the applicant must purchase and maintain at least one share in a share account where they are listed as the sole or primary owner. Being named only as a joint owner on an account does not qualify to establish membership. Members must also keep their account(s) in good standing, meaning the account is open, not overdrawn, free of holds, and not subject to restrictions.
To qualify for this offer, members must apply online for a credit card or personal loan no later than December 31, 2025, and must have an active primary savings account established at the time of approval.
This offer applies only to consumer credit cards and personal loans. Mortgage, business, or other loan products are excluded. Limit one reward per eligible member or eligible account. Joint accounts are eligible but only one reward will be issued per eligible account.
Current and former employees, contractors, volunteers, officers, and officials of Nuvision, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and household members) are not eligible to participate.
How to Qualify and Receive the Reward
To qualify, members must accept the email offer by completing the online application and funding a credit card or personal loan during the Promotion Period. Funding must meet the funding requirements as published in Nuvision product materials. Nuvision will verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms prior to payment. Nuvision may require documentation to confirm identity, membership status, funding, or other eligibility criteria.
After verification, Nuvision will deposit the $50 cash reward into the member’s primary savings account within 30 calendar days of account opening, unless extended by Nuvision for investigatory or operational reasons. Members will be notified by email once the deposit is completed.

Nuvision reserves the right to withhold or decline payment if Nuvision determines, in its sole discretion, that the member is ineligible, has engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, has closed the qualifying account prior to payment, or otherwise fails to meet these Terms.
Rewards are promotional incentives and may be taxable. Nuvision will report rewards to tax authorities as required by law. Members are responsible for any tax liabilities. Members are encouraged to retain documentation of any rewards received for tax reporting purposes. Members who receive $600 or more in aggregate rewards in a calendar year will receive the appropriate IRS information return in accordance with applicable law.
Privacy and Use of Information
Member information collected to administer this promotion will be used to verify eligibility, process the reward, and, where applicable, communicate with the member about the promotion. Nuvision does not sell personal information for marketing purposes. Nuvision may use member contact preferences and lawful bases (such as consent or legitimate interest where applicable) to deliver promotional communications. Additional Terms
Nuvision reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, technical failures, or events beyond its control. Where viable, Nuvision will attempt to notify affected members via email. Any attempt to manipulate or circumvent the promotion, including creating multiple accounts, falsifying information, or other deceptive practices, may result in disqualification and recovery of rewards. Nuvision reserves the right to take any action necessary, including legal remedies, in response to suspected abuse.
Appeals and Inquiries
Members who believe they were wrongly denied a reward may submit a written appeal within 45 days of acceptance of the offer. Appeals submitted after 45 days may be denied as untimely. Appeals must be submitted by the member and include the member’s full name, account number, date of offer acceptance, and a clear explanation of the basis for the appeal. Nuvision may request additional documentation to verify eligibility.

Nuvision will acknowledge receipt of a timely appeal and aims to resolve appeals within 15 business days of receipt. Nuvision’s determination following review will be communicated to the member and is final with respect to these promotional Terms, except as required by applicable law.

Choice of Law
These Term and Conditions and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any action relating to these Term and Conditions must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. Any dispute relating to membership is governed by the Nuvision Credit Union Membership Agreement.
