Digital Banking Update: Zelle, Card Swap, and Deposit Switch are Here!
Over the last couple of months, we have introduced several important online and mobile banking updates for our members. In July, we introduced two significant updates to make your digital banking experience faster and easier – both give you a way to more efficiently manage your finances.
When talking to members, we recognized that they needed an easier way to move their direct deposits and card payments over to Nuvision. The first update to address that need was our introduction of Deposit Switch.
Deposit Switch allows our members to quickly and easily move their direct deposits over to Nuvison. With just a few clicks, members can now pull information from their old bank accounts and move their payments over to their Nuvision account. This will allow you to quickly move your paycheck deposits or recurring expenses like your utility bills and mortgage.
Deposit Switch is now available online and at your local branch.
Card Swap is another new feature that rolled out to members in July.
In today’s world, many of us are swamped with dozens of different subscription services. From services like Amazon Prime and Spotify to Hulu, Netflix, and other Streaming services, managing your subscriptions can sometimes feel overwhelming. Card Swap is a quick and easy way to manage all of your subscription services in one place.
Card Swap currently supports almost 150 different subscription providers. With just a few clicks, Card Swap can transfer all your recurring payments to your Nuvision Account.
Updated Debit/Credit Card App
In August, we updated our Nuvision Card App with a number of new features. One of the most exciting features is the ability to instantly manage your lost or stolen credit cards inside the app. Should you lose a card while on vacation or out shopping, you can now have a new card number issued right to the app while you wait for your physical card to arrive. You can then push your new card number over to Apple Pay or Google Pay and instantly start using your new card.
Zelle is Here!
Our members have been asking for this for a while now, and we are happy to announce that Zelle is now part of your online banking experience.
Zelle is a Person to Person (P2P) service for securely sending and requesting money in real time to friends, family, and others, even if they bank at other financial institutions. And best of all, unlike some other P2P services, there is nothing to sign up for, transfers typically happen within minutes, and the service is free to use.
