Compassionate Hearts, Helping Hands: Join Nuvision Alaska in the Fight Against Hunger
Hunger isn't a distant problem; it's a harsh reality for many of our friends, neighbors, and fellow Alaskans. While we go about our daily lives, some are struggling with the very basic need of feeding themselves and their families. It's not a small problem; it's one that stretches from the streets of Anchorage to the remote areas of our beautiful state.
Your Compassion Multiplied: Double the Impact
To address the problem head-on, Nuvision Alaska is committed to doing our part through our Help Fight Hunger Food Drive, active now through October 31, 2023. To increase the impact of your generosity, Nuvision Alaska is matching your financial donations 1:1, up to a total of $5,000. Your generosity and our matching donation will help put food on the table for those facing hunger.
The proceeds from this drive will go directly to St. Francis House Food Pantry, operated by Catholic Social Services. With your help, St. Francis Food Pantry, one of Anchorage's largest food pantries, will be able to continue its efforts of serving over 115 families each day. They provide not just a meal, but hope—offering a 2-day emergency food supply to any community member in need.
