NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL ENTRIES HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING.

Overview
Nuvision Credit Union (“Sponsor”) is conducting the 2026 Nuvision Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes begins at 7:00 AM Pacific Time on Thursday, January 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Eligibility
To enter and win, an individual must (1) be an eligible Alaska resident in accordance with Alaska PFD requirements, and (2) be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Entrants must also maintain an active Nuvision Credit Union membership account in good standing, meaning the account is open, not overdrawn, free of holds, and not subject to restrictions through the date the winners are selected.

Current or former employees, contractors, volunteers, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor or its affiliates, as well as members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or fails to comply with these Official Rules.

To qualify for prize eligibility, members must successfully register for and receive their 2026 Alaska PFD via direct deposit from the State of Alaska into a Nuvision Credit Union account. Prize eligibility is confirmed once the PFD posts to the account in October 2026.

How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, participants may enter one time per calendar month using one of the following methods:

• Email: Click the “Enter Now” button in the Sweepstakes notification email sent by the Sponsor, then complete and submit the registration form.

• Website: Complete and submit the entry form at nuvisionfederal.com/2026pfdsweepstakes.

• Phone: Call 888.324.3797 and provide the required information to a representative.

• In Person: Visit any Nuvision location to complete and submit the in-branch entry form. For branch hours and locations, visit nuvisionfederal.com/locations.

Limit one entry per person per month. Incomplete, illegible, or late entries will be disqualified. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
No purchase, membership, or program opt-in is required to enter via AMOE. To enter, mail a 3” x 5” postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to:

Nuvision Credit Union, Attn: 2026 Nuvision Alaska PFD Sweepstakes, AMOE, 440 E. 36th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99503.

AMOE postcards must be postmarked by the last day of the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one AMOE entry per person per calendar month, and each AMOE entry counts toward the same monthly entry limit. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered mail.

Winner Selection & Prize

Three (3) winners will each receive a runner-up prize of $2,500, and one (1) winner will receive a grand prize of $5,500. All winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period. No prize substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion if a prize becomes unavailable.

Double Your Prize: Winners who are returning Nuvision PFD direct deposit participants, will have their prize doubled. Runner-up prizes may be doubled to $5,000, and the grand prize may be doubled to $11,000.
Multiple PFD deposits into the same account - including joint or family deposits - or multiple entries submitted under the same individual’s name, will be treated as a single entry for each month of the Sweepstakes Period. The primary account holder of the selected account will be deemed the winner.

Entry Conditions and Sponsor Rights
Entries submitted through automated means (including macro, bots, or scripts), will be disqualified. Proof of submission does not guarantee receipt. Sponsor is not liable for late, incomplete, inaccurate, or corrupted entries, nor for technical issues such as transmission errors, system failures, or internet congestion.

If the Sweepstakes cannot operate as intended due to technical problems, tampering, fraud, or any event affecting its integrity, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation or suspension. The Sponsor may also disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or attempts to disrupt or abuse the Sweepstakes or its participants.

Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. For example, if 1,000 entries are received, each entry has a 1 in 1,000 chance of winning.

Winner Notification and Tax Information
Winners will be notified in October 2026, using the notification method selected at the time of entry, after all PFD direct deposits have been completed. The Sponsor will contact selected potential winners in the order they were randomly drawn. The first four potential winners who are successfully reached and who accept the prize after completing all required verification will be declared the official winners. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

The Sponsor will make an initial phone notification attempt within 72 hours of the drawing date. Notification and verification efforts may continue for up to five business days following the initial attempt. Winners need not be present to win. Prize fulfillment will be coordinated by the Sponsor’s representative after verification is complete.

If a selected potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to accept the prize, or does not complete verification within the required timeframe, an alternate potential winner will be selected. Unclaimed prizes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Sponsor policy and may be used in subsequent sweepstakes where permitted.

Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor will provide an IRS Form 1099 to each winner.

Publicity & Rights
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content (including photos/videos) for promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising out of your participation or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.

Privacy
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at www.nuvisionfederal.com/disclosures.

Choice of Law
These Official Rules and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any action relating to these Official Rules must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. Any dispute relating to membership is governed by the Nuvision Credit Union Membership Agreement.

Winners List
The names of the winners will be available after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes at any Nuvision Credit Union location or online at nuvisionfederal.com.
