I just wanted to bring attention to a wonderful, helpful, gentleman whom I met at the Laguna Hills Branch but was resides at the Lakewood Branch. His name is Mike Tran and he is the Branch Team Lead. From the day I met Mike he was always smiling and helpful. Even if I could not make it to the Laguna Hills Branch, he would say to give him a call at his branch and he would be happy to help me. I had issues with ordering some personal checks and he always was attentive and jumped right in to fix the problems and return my calls rather promptly. Thank you for your help Mike! Enjoy that new baby of yours!

I went in and was helped out by Omar Rios, he was a very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, informative, professional individual. He helped me with the refinancing of both my vehicles, and helped me apply for a personal loan to help alíviate the high interest rates on my credit cards. He definitely went out his way to do what was necessary to ensure my necessities were met. After all his help I felt the need to start banking with this bank seeing how much they care for their members. It's safe to say I'm now a new happy and satisfied Nuvision member.

DISPUTING INTERNATIONAL CHARGES :
If I can give zero stars I would. I've been trying to dispute a charge on their credit card line and it is nearly impossible. I've called and get a loop. Then I speak to a representative and I've still not resolved the issue. I do not have an option to dispute the charge on the app or online. If I try, it asks for reference number which is not provided and can not proceed. It's over $1,000 and I do not even have $5,000 on the card. I'm paying it off, closing the account and leaving the bank. It's just impossible to talk to anyone to get anything done. Extremely disappointed because I've been with them for over 20 years.
If you want banking with quick turn around and someone who takes your money seriously, I would avoid. They seem under qualified for basic services other credit cards provide. They need a decade or two to upgrade basic systems. I can't not imagine if this was a charge over 10K!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

They lie to you saying you owe on you auto loan when it has been paid two days or more before then tell you that your vehicle is going to be repo when your not late ever or owe anything for that month I would never recommend them ever I am removing my loan with them and going with someone else BEWARE of this credit union stay far away from them they will try to steal your money if I could give a negative 5 I would they have no customer service unless you talk to a manager

This is the worst bank in the world. I've been nothing but disgusted with this bank. Trying to get a hold of somebody is almost impossible. I had to drive all the way to Orange County to pay out $39,000 because I did not want to deal this bank anymore on a car loan. I've never been late on a car loan payment.But they make it very hard to make your payments. And there's nobody to talk to. After paying the $39,000 I asked for them to close my account. That was four months ago they continuously harass me. After my car was paid off they still try to get another $1400 out of me. They apologized. Next thing i get a bill saying I owe them $125. 2 weeks ago I got a letter saying they owed me $3.25? Trying to figure out how I can sue them for harassment. I even told the teller why I was disgusted with this bank. And I want nothing to do with them I do not want any contact from them. And they still try to take money out of my bank account with another bank after the car was paid off and the account was closed. I have my receipts. And nobody from the bank will settle this and leave me alone. Do not deal with this bank.

Paul is terrific! He helped our family through the car-buying process from start to finish, answering our random calls and emails as our questions arose. He was patient, communicative, accommodating, and very detailed while working with us. We really appreciated his help and direction! Highly recommend working with him!
