    Online Banking
    • Unavailable from 3 pm on Friday, May 29 until 8 am Monday, June 1.
    • Please plan to make online transactions and/or view online statements by 3 pm on Friday, May 29.
     Logins
    • Your current Online Banking login and password will remain the same.
    • Joint owners who do not already have their own NuVision member number will now be able to establish their own login and password to access the accounts they are joint on. Please contact us on or after June 1 to set up new logins for joint owners.
    • For multiple account holders, your login and password will be the one associated with your Master Member Number.
    Joint Owner Information
    • You will now see all your accounts under a single login.
    • You will also see any accounts on which you are a joint owner.
      • This gives you easy access to all your accounts with one login.
      • You will be able to easily transfer funds between accounts.
    • Because Online Banking only shows the last 4-digits of each account number, some account numbers that you will now be able to view and access under one login may look the same.
      • You can find the full account number by clicking on the “See account details” link.
      • We recommend you set up nicknames for your accounts so they can be easily recognized. Please be aware that nicknames only transfer over for the login where they were added. For example:
        Husband Login – husband1234
Nicknames Free Checking Account to Household Checking (husband is primary and wife is joint on this account)
        Wife Login – wife1234
Free Checking Account (wife is joint on this account) will show as the default name Free Checking until wife also nicknames the account.
      • To view how to see your full account number, click here.
    Automatic Payroll Distributions
    • The way your paycheck distributions show up in home banking will look different.
    • Previously, each allocation went directly to its designated account
    • Now, the entire paycheck will be deposited into either your savings or checking account, which you identified when you originally set up allocations.
    • You will then see withdrawals for each allocation as it moves into its designated account.

    Example:

  • Your paycheck is for $1,000. Previously, $200 went to savings, $150 to your car loan, and the balance to checking. Now,
    • Entire $1,000 is deposited into your checking account with the caption External deposit from (Company Name)
    • An automatic withdrawal of $200 from checking moves to your savings account
      • Caption on your checking account for funds moving to savings reads: ACH payroll (Company Name)
      • Caption on your savings account for funds moving in from checking reads: External deposit ACH payroll (Company Name)
    • $150 is withdrawn and transferred to your car loan.
      • Caption on your checking account for funds moving to your auto loan reads: ACH payroll (Company Name)
      • Caption on your auto loan for funds moving in from checking reads: External deposit ACH payroll (Company Name)
    • $650 remains in your checking account.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. Will there be any changes to Online Banking due to the systems upgrade?

    3. Will Online Banking services be available during the system upgrade?
No. Online Banking will be unavailable after 3 pm on Friday, May 29 through Monday morning, June 1. Service will resume at 8 am on Monday, June 1.
    4. Will I be able to see my account history in Online Banking after the system upgrade?
In addition to 24 months of eStatements, which you can reference for transaction history, you will also have online access to transaction history from January 1, 2014 forward.
    5. Can I save my account history from before the system upgrade?
Yes. You will have online access to transaction history from January 1, 2014 forward. You may download account transaction activity any time before 3 pm on Friday, May 29.
    6. Why am I seeing so many additional accounts?
You now have access to all your accounts, including those on which you are a joint owner, from one convenient login. You will no longer need to remember multiple login IDs and passwords or share your login credentials with joint owners for them to have on-line access.
    7. How can I tell which account is which? They all look the same.
For your security, Online Banking only provides the last 4 digits of each account number. Because of the way account numbers are structured, some of you accounts that you are now able to view and access under one login may have the same last 4 digits. You can choose how you want to distinguish your accounts:
    • Give each account a distinct nickname, such as “Holiday Fund” or “Jane’s Auto Loan.”
    • You can also hide accounts you don’t want to include in your account view.
Check the full account number by clicking on the “See account details” link.
    8. Why can’t my joint see the nicknames?
Nicknames only transfer over for the login where they were added. For example:
    Husband Login – husband1234
Nicknames Free Checking Account to Household Checking (husband is primary and wife is joint on this account)
    Wife Login – wife1234
Free Checking Account (wife is joint on this account) will show as the default name Free Checking until wife nicknames the account
    9. Will I have to re-setup my Bill Payments?
In most cases, no. If you have an account that is being combined under a Master Member Number, you will need to reset Bill Payment information for any accounts that have an account number that is different from the Master Member Number.
    10. How do I nickname my accounts so I can identify them more easily?
It’s easy to give each account a nickname so you can tell the difference between “F150 truck loan” and “Lexus loan”. Simply click on the account, and then click on “Rename & Hide your accounts” on the right hand side of the screen. Click here to view our easy to follow video on how to nickname your accounts.
    11. How can I hide accounts I don’t need to look at every day?
If you want, you can hide accounts that you only need to review occasionally. Simply click on the account, and then click on “Rename & Hide your accounts” on the right hand side of the screen. Click here to view our easy to follow video on how to hide and nickname your accounts.
    12. Why am I seeing withdrawals from my checking/savings after a direct payroll deposit?
The new system automatically deposits your entire paycheck into either your savings or checking, depending on your original designation. It then makes automatic withdrawals from that account to move your pre-determined allocations to the appropriate accounts. The benefit is that you can now easily see at a glance that your entire paycheck has been appropriately deposited into the correct accounts.
