Scholarship Application Now Available

NuVision Federal Credit Union is committed to giving back to the communities we serve and promoting opportunities for educational growth and career enrichment. With this principle in mind, we are accepting applications for the 2015 NuVision Scholarship Program for post-secondary education.

NuVision is committed to the principles of diversity and welcomes any eligible NuVision Federal Credit Union member to apply for a NuVision Scholarship. All applications and supporting materials will be accepted Wednesday, April 1st, 2015 through Friday, May 29th, 2015. The selection committee will make its decision in June 2015, and scholarship applicants will be contacted by July 10th, 2015. A Scholarship Reception will be held for the scholarship award recipients on Wednesday, July 22nd, 5:00pm at our NuVision Federal Credit Union Edinger Branch location at 7812 Edinger Ave, Huntington Beach, CA 92647.

Ten (10) $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to students attending a 4-year public or private college or university, community college, or pursuing trade certification in a vocational or technical school. No scholarships will be awarded to students seeking their post-graduate and/or second degree within one level of achievement (i.e. second bachelor’s or master’s degree). If you are a scholarship recipient, funds will be deposited into your NuVision Federal Credit Union Savings account upon proof of enrollment from the registrar’s office.
