Please reference this page for information regarding the conversion to NuVision Federal Credit Union.

All systems were successfully converted this past weekend. We thank you for your patience and look forward to servicing your financial needs.

Please note the following regarding your experience once you have access to NuVision’s Online Banking:

First Time You Log Into NuVision FCU Online Banking

When you log into online banking for the first time through NuVision FCU’s website, you will be prompted to get a one-time passcode to authenticate your computer. With the online banking conversion, phone numbers may not be transferred over so you may need to receive the one-time passcode via email. If your phone number does not come over, we suggest you update your Security Contacts within “My Profile” and enter a cell phone number so you can access one-time passcodes sent via text in the future.

Online Banking Account History

You will not have access to previous account history through NuVision’s online banking. Please download any historical information you may need prior to 5pm on August 30th. If you are signed up for eStatements, up to 13 months of eStatement history will be available.

Account Balances

Any Debit/ATM transactions performed after 5pm on Friday 8/30 until Tuesday 9/3 at 6am may not be available to view until Wednesday, September 4th. This may impact the balance you see within online banking or hear on 24/7 Phone Banking (ABIL). We suggest you maintain copies of your receipts for your records and to help you track your current account balance until all items are posted.

Credit Card Information

If you had a PRCU Credit Card, you will not have access to your Credit Card information until Tuesday, September 3rd.
