Hunger in our hometowns is not acceptable and we need your help… to do anything we can, to help good people who are struggling to find their next meal.
Nuvision Alaska is launching our Nuvision Cares Help Fight Hunger Food Drive now through October 31, 2021 so we can all do our part to make a difference in Alaska’s Hunger Action Month, a program to help feed as many families as possible throughout the state.
Last year’s two drives were a great success, Nuvision Alaska Members supplied over 3,500 pounds of food and $5,000 to provide much needed meals for local families. This year we can do more!
It’s easy to help:
- Drop off a non-perishable food donation to any of our Nuvision Alaska branches
- Quick & Easy! Donate to our GoFundMe for The Children’s Lunchbox of Anchorage
To financially contribute to your nearby food bank, you can donate directly to them. Nuvision will be making monetary donations as well to these following organizations:
- Fairbanks- University of Alaska Fairbanks Student Food Pantry
- Juneau- Helping Hands Food Bank of Juneau
- Kenai- Kenai Peninsula Food Bank
- Wasilla- MatSu Food Bank
